Ninja
-

Outstanding Experience – Exceptional Pre-Sales, Post-Sales Support, and Seamless Integration!
I could not be happier with my purchase from Faikin Australia.
From start to finish, the entire experience has been flawless.
What truly sets them apart is their incredible customer service. They put careful thought into their pre-sales support tracking, ensuring all my initial compatibility questions were answered thoroughly before I even ordered. Their post-sales follow-up was equally impressive, checking in to ensure everything was running smoothly.
The hardware I purchased was the Faikin Ninja for my Daikin HVAC Thermostat, and it is incredibly user-friendly. Installation was a breeze and took no time at all. What really impressed me was the smart home integration. Thanks to native Matter support, connecting it to my Google Home setup was completely seamless and worked instantly without any troubleshooting.
If you want a high-quality product to bring local smart control to your HVAC system, backed by an attentive, end-to-end support team, I highly recommend Faikin Australia!

We recently installed the Faikin Ninja cables with our Daikin air conditioner, and the experience has been fantastic.
The installation process was incredibly simple, and within minutes we had transformed our Daikin system into a smart air conditioner. The integration with Apple Home on our iPhone worked perfectly, allowing us to control the temperature, change settings, and automate everything with ease.
The connection has been stable and reliable, and the whole setup has worked much better than we expected. If you have a Daikin air conditioner and want an easy way to add smart functionality, we would definitely recommend the Faikin Ninja cables.
Thank you to the team for creating such a great product!
The purchase experience was excellent, with clear and comprehensive documentation available on the website. The module worked exactly as advertised and was straightforward to set up. I can now conveniently control my A/C from my phone, and an added bonus is the ability to adjust the temperature in 0.5°C increments.
