Type G only: enable CN_WIRED after setup

Type G cables use Daikin's CN_WIRED protocol, which is switched off by default in the module firmware. Once the module is on your Wi-Fi, open the Faikin web interface, go to Settings, untick "Do not try CN_WIRED protocol" and save. Until you do this the module will connect to Wi-Fi but show the air conditioner as offline with the controls greyed out. It is not a fault.
