Philosophy

Faikin Australia was established in 2025 in Canberra. We are a family-run business managing daily operations and strategic direction with the help of everyone, including our teenagers and their grandparents.

Our objective has always been to design affordable electronic products to help ordinary people to save money on their energy bills; most people heat and cool with reverse cycle air conditioning units, or they run ducted AC units, and some people even own multiple units, you see them everywhere from residential housing to big corporate business. It makes sense to us to solve the inefficiency problems of these machines so we all get better value from them, daily.  

Our products are sold locally and world-wide and we aim to be as transparent as possible to our customers, via  our website, which is the source of truth when it comes to understanding which Faikin and cable will match your machine. Of course, if you seek more guidance, Andrew will be happy to help. 

Since Faikin Australia’s inception, we have collaborated with RevK, from the United Kingdom, who originally created the Faikin/Faikout project as an open-source WiFi controller, and PVD, who lives in Hanoi in Vietnam, who designed firmware for the Ninja PCB. However, the biggest step forward came from Andrew’s entrepreneurial cable designs, which made it possible for our products to reach more machines models than ever before. Although they are a simple concept, they were literally the missing key to help many more people access this technology.

The pathway forward is clear, the world climate is changing so we must expand our knowledge for how to design electronics that average people can install for themselves and receive hip-pocket benefits from immediately. We launch new products only in response to genuine needs expressed by our customers, and only after extensive research we deliver.
