What is it?

Faikin is a WiFi smart controller that plugs into the back of your Daikin Brand reverse cycle air conditioner unit. It enables you to have local + automated control of the standard functions of the AC unit, as well as many additional functions using your smart phone, tablet or desktop computer.

For homeowners

You can remotely operate on/off and temperature with your device from wherever you are. It enables local + automated control of the unit through supported integration with Home Assistant App and MQTT. Enable home automation systems, smart connectivity, WiFi, geofencing, outdoor temperature display, time-ready for daylight savings.

For AirBNB and Hotelier owners

You can remotely operate on/off and temperature, and set a power limit for the unit's output before, during or after a guest stay. Get more oversight of electricity usage and stop wastage. Synchronise your Daikin to your AirBNB booking calendar to pre-warm or pre-cool accommodation based on timing of guest arrival. If a guest has checked out, and left the unit turned on, you can remotely act to turn the unit off.
