The Shelly BLU H&T ZB is a compact temperature and humidity sensor with Bluetooth and Zigbee.
It broadcasts standard BTHome Bluetooth advertisements which the Faikin Faikout reads as a direct external temperature reference.
To regulate real room temperature, place Shelley BLU sensor into the action zones of your home, such as near the couch, or near the bed where you sleep. Faikin will command the AC to control the actual room temperature, sensed by Shelley BLU, instead of the AC's own return-air sensor which may read several degrees higher.
Faikin does not require a gateway or hub to operate.
To install, on the Faikin settings page when BLE is enabled, select the sensor once it appears in the found-sensors list. The same sensor also feeds Home Assistant (BTHome auto-discovery) and any Zigbee network if you use one.
Arrived quickly, unit is small but accurate with good wifi signal. Getting to like shelly gear.
